The connection was refused by the host computer Wait for the number of seconds specified by the VNC Server BlacklistTimeout parameter (10 by default) You have entered incorrect authentication credentials too many times. See Why do I get an "Access is denied" error message when connecting to VNC Server? The username you have provided does not have permission to connect to VNC Server. Prefix the user name with a domain name, for example \johndoe The username you have entered does not identify the domain. See What username and password do I enter when I'm trying to connect to VNC Server? If you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription, enter the user name and password you normally use to log in to your user account on the remote computer. You have not provided the authentication credentials that VNC Server is expecting. See Why is VNC Server not currently listening for Cloud connections?Ä®ither the username was not recognised or the password was incorrect RealVNC services cannot establish a connection between your device and the remote computer. I'd at least stand up a second domain controller so all is not lost.VNC Server is not currently listening for cloud connections Anything you do on current server seems to be risky. So the first step is to move the AD to another server and then I should start moving exchange (to yet another server)? I'd ask over here where you'll get a more exchange-specific knowledgeable audience. You've ask in general windows server forum. I haven't found instructions on how to move the defective Exchange to another server. I just thought I could't do so before Exchange is running again. Then I'd stand up the new guest, patch it fully, license it, join existingÄomain, add active directory domain services, promote it also making it a GC (recommended), transfer FSMO roles over (optional), transfer pdc emulator role (optional), use dcdiag / repadmin tools to verify health, when all is good you can decommission / demote For the domain controller if you have multiple DCs I'd use dcdiag / repadmin tools to verify health before starting. I'd probably start working on migration away from this setup. This is only an exemplary excerpt of the many different applications that crash like this. So maybe someone has a clue what's going on with this server? I did a "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and a "sfc /scannow", nothing helps. Then I tried to also remove the update KB4053579 because I read, that the file kernelbase.dll was included with the update. I removed the update because of Exchange CU7 not working with it. So I tried "Setup /m:upgrade /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms" without success. I know it's not supported, but it's the way it is.įirst an Update of Exchange (KB4045655 - Security Update For Exchange Server 2016 CU7) broke Exchange. The server is the pdc and on the same server is running exchange. I desperately try to get a Windows Server 2016 working again.
